The cold and care duties have kept me inside for much of the past month. I’ve missed much of the CBP/ICE action here in Rochester but it is present but not quite as overt as in MSP. The local paper has kept up reporting on the precautions folks are taking. The CD-1 Representative Finstad and staff don’t seem to have much ability for independent thought.
